Is installation required, and on which devices does it work?
No installation. minirez is cloud-based and runs from a browser; it opens with the same account on reception computers, tablets, and phones. Housekeeping and management see the same data from anywhere on the property.
Which packages include channel management?
The Mini package includes channel management for up to 10 rooms, and the Mixi package for up to 20 rooms. Channel management is extra in the Flex package. Channel management operates with Reseliva infrastructure; it establishes two-way connections with channels like Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia.
How do you prevent the risk of overbooking?
Rates and availability are updated across all channels from a single panel, incoming reservations instantly appear in the front office, and inventory is closed simultaneously across all channels. Rate parity is maintained, eliminating the risk of overbooking.
Does online check-in require guests to download an app?
